The short version: we collect what we need to take your order and talk to you about it, and we don't sell or share it.
What we collect
Our web server records basic information about each visit, like where a visit comes from and which pages get looked at. We use it to see what's working on the site and what isn't. The site uses cookies to keep your cart and your session working.
You don't need an account to browse. We ask for your details when you buy something, and we use them to fill that order and to reach you about it.
Orders
To take an order we need your name, email and shipping address, and payment information. We use it to bill you, to fill and ship your order, and to get in touch if there's trouble processing it.
We publish a newsletter and run the occasional survey. We never sell or share subscriber email addresses, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Security
Checkout is handled by FoxyCart, our payment partner. Card details are entered on FoxyCart's encrypted checkout rather than on our own pages, so when you get there the address will change to letterpresspaper.foxycart.com and your browser will show a lock. We never see or store your full card number.
