Returns Policy


If you aren't thrilled with your purchase, unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.  The item must be returned unopened in a resalable condition.   Opened products or products with damaged packaging will not be accepted and a refund or exchange will not be approved (sorry, them's the rules). Products from purchases older than 30 days will not be accepted without prior authorization.  If there's nothing wrong with the product and you've just changed your mind, you're liable for all shipping and insurance costs for general returns and exchanges.

If, on the other hand, you defied the odds and were the one in a million who received a mis-shipped or defective/damaged product, we will replaced it as quickly as we can.   Please call us at (212) 683-6990 to let us know (be nice, it probably wasn't our fault) and we will issue a prepaid UPS return label which can be placed directly on the returned shipment and given to any UPS driver or shipping center.

A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Packages with no RMA will be refused and will put us in a bad mood.

Once you get an RMA, please carefully package the item(s) you are returning (see above), insure the shipment with your carrier (only necessary for non prepaid shipments) and return to the nearest location

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item requested or issue you a refund for the product(s) being returned.  This process may take up to two weeks. In some cases where verbal permission has been given to expedite the exchange, we will charge the credit card on file and ship the new item prior to receiving the return. Legion Paper guarantees the product to be free from any defects in manufacturing and packaging. Replacement and liability due to defect is limited to the retail cost of this product. Legion Paper holds no liability for the use of this product.
